Cid Highwind
Bio:
Cid is an expert pilot and mechanic who has a dream of being the first man that gets into space and this dream would have been fufilled if not for his nature. During the first launch of the rocket Cid aborted the launch proceedure to save the life of one of his crew, due to this the rocket crashed back ontp the launch pad and is not inoperable. Cid spends most of his time attempting to fix it these days in the hope that one day Shinra may reinstate therir space program and give him another chance to fulfill his dream.
Tactical Overview:
With his lance in hand, Cid is always ready for a battle. His fighting skills are top level and come in handy throughout most of the game. His limit breaks are very helpful when fighting the evil hoards that threaten to consume the land. You will notice that they all cause damage rather then afflicting status effets on either the enemy or the party. Cid's statistics are pretty average all around, which can be both a blessing and a curse to his preformance depending on what materia he is equipped with. Cid is first and formost a physical fighter, so keep him in the front row.
