Godo


Godo Kisaragi is the Dojo master of the Pagoda of the Five Gods in Wutai and is also Yuffie's father. This will be a difficult battle for Yuffie as she will be low leveled when you first obtain her; assuming you try to beat the Pagoda during your trip to Wutai. Each of his faces can use a different skill: the red face attacks with Beast Sword doing upto 300 damage and can also use Trine, an enemy skill which you can obtain here, which will do a wopping 1000 points of damage. The Gold face will use status materia, Sleepel and Mini, and will heal Godo with Cure 2 once his HP is low. The White face uses high level materia skills such as Bio 2, Demo 3, and will also use Drain.

As you can see this will be a VERY hard battle unless you return to Wutai another time after you have leveled Yuffie up a lot. Start off by equipping the following materia: Coutnerattack, Heal, Cure, and Added Effect-Poison. As soon as the battle starts cast Haste and Barrier and then, if you have it, cast Regen as well. After this focus on keeping Yuffie's HP up. Attack when you see a chance to but make sure that your health will stand up to some of Godo's stronger attacks before you do. You can also cast Slow on Godo to give yourself an advantage through attacking speed.

After you beat this very difficult boss you will obtain the Leviathan summon materia as well as Yuffie's ultimate limit break, All Creation.
