Bio:
Rinoa Heartilly is a central character in Final Fantasy VIII who plays an important role in the events of the game. She currently lives in Timber, a nation located on the Galbadia continent. Due to the social problems of the area she joined up with a Galbadian resistance group known as the Forest Owls to fight the Galbadian occupation and dictatorship that has caused issues in her homeland for a very long time. Rinoa is very emotional and tends to act on her instincts. Her best friend is her dog named Angelo who rushes in to help her whenever she is in trouble.

Rinoa is the only chatacter in the game that has two limit breaks. The first one is Combine which allows her to team up with Angelo to wreak havoc on the enemies or to help the rest of the team. In order for Angelo to learn new skills you have to learn them from magazines. Her second limit break is Angel Wing. This skill makes Rinoa act like a magic berserk user, increases her magical powers, and uses spells at random.

Early game she is not much for defense so you sohuld try to keep her HP up during difficult fights. She is better situated to be a magic user then a physical fighter but toward the later part of the game she gets some good weapons and will be able to also help physically during boss battles.
