Fleet Buster

Description

The Warpig, as it is also known, was created originally as a carpet bomb weapon by the Earth Alliance during the first Militarization Coup. It was later modified into a basic ballistic weapon. After the collapse of the Galt Foundation, the original patenters of the Warhawk series, the Pelten Faction bought up the rights to these devices. The overall bulk of the missile was increased by three times and they added several pockets of uranium through out it. The warhead is a dummy and is solid dense draconic to allow for the missile to punch through armor. Serpent Heavy

Description

The Serpent has a long history for excellence and innovative design so it is no surprise that this is only of the most advanced non-titan class missiles on the market. The brains at the Lansig Corp bought the right to this weapon after the patent held by the Mobeulous Foundation expired. It is unknown why it was not renewed and some suspect a deal was cut under the table between the two corporations. In any case this move has benefited the Serpent series quite well. Lansig reviewed the history of this weapon and put their brightest minds, fresh off the Lightron series laser weapons, onto redesigning this weapon to incorporate many of the design avenues of previous models and then improve them with their own technologies. This lead to an over-tooled version of the Serpent missile. This missile is covered in a rare draconic that repels any signal by absorbing the actual momentum of the signal, leaving it stranded in space. This means it is undetectable until it is very close and because of this most point defense systems cannot detect it at all. They threw a large lithium power core into the engine system to give it a very large range for a heavy missile as well as a triple element warhead with equal part lithium and uranium in the bottom section and a large amount of plutonium in the tip of the warhead. This missile does a lot of damage but is also very expensive

Mole Heavy

Description

The demand for heavy class missiles has fueled an ever growing movement in weapons developers to redesign their weapons to upgrade to newer technology and push the boundaries of what they know is possible with these weapons. The Digger Inc. is no different with their Mole series missiles. Not satisfied with several renditions of the Mole heavy they scrapped the conventional designs used in the past and remade it from the ground up. The old missile was not very aerodynamic and so lost a lot of it's range from that. Now that mechanical ability has changed greatly their new design was ingenious. The Mole heavy incorporates much of the same design as previous weapons however it has one key difference, it has a much longer range. This is not achieved through a larger engine, in fact they reused the engine from the medium design. What has given this range is a mechanical change where they have made the saw blades retractable. The blades will be ejected from the case into their normal position just before impact, making this missile very aerodynamic. The warhead was updated to include plutonium

The Pelten Faction went a step further with the design of their medium class Warhawk missile in the conceptual stage but it was deemed too cost ineffective to produce so it was scaled back to the current medium class weapon. Description

As with most of the weapons in the heavy missile class, the original producers of the Warpigeon had long since been driven out of business by out dated business models that they refused to change. The Warpigeon production contract, along with a design rights clause, was then picked up by the Tras Conglomerate, a group of businesses that formed a lucrative trading alliance in the year 6140. They have since built up into one of the largest trading markets in the known galaxy. The Warpigeon heavy missile was their first dabble into weapons design and they brought their brightest minds into the discussions. The result was quite astronomical. The designers favored the carpet bomb design of its older days that was revived more recently but they found it lacking a certain bravado. So the claimed, why can't we change these miniature bombs into plutonium based napalm? After many years of research they found a way to do it and that is what this weapon is, a napalm like weapon designed to literally eat the armor and hull plating off of a ship. It so turns out that this mixture of plutonium and boron reacts with chemicals in draconic causing a vicious reaction which breaks the draconic down at the atomic level. These weapons are very expensive but are deadly with sustained damage over time. Due to the nature of the accelerants used the casing had to be made from non-draconic substances available which lead to a massive ruby and diamond cost to manufacture these weapons

Description

The ultra heavy series were designed for the biggest and baddest ships in the galaxy before the advent of the titans, capital ships; a distinction containing everything from a battleship class vessels and up. They do massive damage and are the pinnacle of the latest technologies. The Bloodhawk was not the first UH missile but it was one of the first to incorporate nuclear waste into the payload. This became a favorite method among the industry as a way of getting rid of centuries of toxic waste that had piled up on dump worlds from eras of manufacturing. These worlds were now gold mines for bomb and missile companies which used the material in their weapons to massively increase damage output and create truly horrifying biochemical weapons. Spine Ultra Heavy

Description

This weapon is a prime example of the shear barbarism and deadliness of Sulikan technology. Not happy with the destructive power of the Spine heavy the Imperial Weaponry Research Division of the Sulikan High Command devised this terror. A truly one of a kind weapon this missile digs into the hull of the target ship and then explodes, but doesn't. Instead of a conventional explosion the weapon explodes via pressure surge and distributes many smaller plutonium/uranium bombs through out the interior of the impact site. When they go off usually they cause a chain reaction that instantly vaporizes the target ship. These cause massive damage but if the ship somehow survives the attack the warhead, which is blasted further into the target, then releases a toxic substance that will kill most forms of life within seconds of contact, a substance that the Sulikan's are conveniently immune to. This substance is said to be a bio-engineered virus modified to not attack Sulikan physiology. Kills by liquifying the internal organs of the victims. Banned from use in the Earth Alliance and much of the Galactic Federation

Description

The Dredlock underwent an extensive rehaul in this version. Its designers, InterGal LLC., wanted to make something special for this version, which was to be a commemorative edition celebrating the first centennial birthday of the Dredlock series. The original version had massive range due to the light materials used but sacrificed damage. Well InterGal wanted to create a special one-off for the series using materials created in house. In the end what they made was a Dredlock weapon with the range ratio of the original design but with much more bite. However due to the materials and processes used to make the weapon it is fairly expensive

Description

The Warhawk series has been ever more increasingly weaponized over its designs and this weapon continues in that vein. Massive increases in damage are seen by incorporating a new technology into the way head that detonates a series of uranium charges just at impact which then triggers a fusion reaction with the remaining plutonium and uranium. Resulting explosion has characteristics of a nuclear explosion but much less powerful. Serpent Ultra Heavy

Description

Lansig has always been about out doing their previous models and have never been afraid to cannibalize their older units into redesigning a new model. They have been very successful because of this business model but it has never been as effective as it has been with this particular weapon. Critics who have targeted their most critical thoughts into the Serpent series hailed this version as a technological marvel and breakthrough. Lansig found that by mixing certain elements together you can create a new compound that is twice as destructive as plutonium. They decided to call this compound neutronium in that what happens when it is detonated is a small scale neutron explosion, something Man has never achieved until this point; basically a small scale super nova. While it was a well guarded secret in Lansig, the formula for neutronium eventually was sold for two trillion xarn to a military contractor. Neutronium is made by mixing equal parts lithium and enriched plutonium at a 2:5.8749 ratio with uranium at a 2:1 ratio

Description

Owing to the fact that it has not been completely redesigned since its medium years the Muso Galexicon, a federation of multiple weapons designer firms that share research data, sometimes obtained illegally, to get an edge on their major competitors, decided it was high time to do so. The Ravager was once a stable of long range warfare rivaled only by the Dredlock series. However with their considerable resource Muso pulled together an enormous amount of information and had found a way to produce a draconic mixture fifty times lighter then light draconic yet harder then dense draconic in any concentration. It is a closely guarded secret as to how they achieved this and no one has as of yet been able to figure it out. This weapon has good damage and has a large range for a UH class weapon however the design process is so resource intensive that the draconic cost for it is through the roof

Description

Description

The Angel Foundation was able to sink a massive amount of development time into making their newest Angelus weapon. Back in the 21st Century Tesla, a company acquired by the foundation in the past, was renowned for its electric engines and as a kind of internal pat on the back and commemoration of the company's achievements. The takeover was not hostile and may of the Telsa staff stayed on-board in the Angel Foundation. They devised a truly unique engine system for this weapon. Running solely on lithium that increased its output by thirty fold over the ultra heavy design. Couple this with the ability to cart a much more massive payload over the same distance and you have a effective medium range weapon. Spine Titan

Description

The Sulikan High Commander responsible for the capturing of New Lyrica during the First Intergalactic War with the Earth Alliance had just been retired with distinction and his replacement wanted to commemorate his service in a special way befitting a Sulikan war legend. He hired the most devious minds in their empire to work on this weapon, which has become the most feared of all of the iterations of the Spine series. Forgoing the usual "in your face" attitude of the design it was created to mimic the strategies employed at New Lyrica. Striking from a long distance an on-board clocking device would engage after covering half of the target distance. When the weapon reaches within less than five percent of the total target distance it uncloaks and unleashes a massive volley of Hellfire bombs modified with rocket engines so they can be directed by the guidance system in the missile to the target. After taking deadly amounts of damage from the bombs the missile then finishes the job. There is no known defenses system capable of deflecting nor detecting this weapon before it is too late. Prohibitively expensive and only several thousand have ever been employed by the Sulikan during wars

Description

This was InterGal's last weapons design before they were sued and taken over by the Muso Galexicon in what some say was a scandalous lawsuit. Proponents against the Galexicon accuse it of hacking into InterGal's servers, stealing all design blueprints from their servers and hacking the Galactic Intercommerce Department's Patents Archiving System to change them over to the Galexicon. No evidence has ever been presented proving these allegations. However InterGal had a very intuitive design with this weapon and it was hailed as the strongest of the normal titan class weapons. InterGal forewent all fancy technologies and went for pure power at the cost of the Dredlock series' range and accuracy. Due to this you have to be very close to your target and there is a chance of collateral damage

Description

The HP series was created by a secretive contractor group known as Helfang. Not much is known about this organization other then that they have been involved in some of the hairiest covert ops missions released on public record. Some governments praise them as elite soldiers, others say the group does not officially exist. There is much speculation as to whether or not this group is independent or an off the books funded military outfit of the Earth Alliance. In any case they have only broken into the weapons development field with this specialty weapon. The HP gets its name from the fact that it is hull piercing. However due to cost constraints the group was unable to afford a refit of their weapon for many decades. However that seems to have changed. The titan class HP weapon is at the height of its capabilities, boasting a very large claim to be able to pierce through any form of material. There was a proprietary method used to super harder dense draconic, which was then fused into cutting edges along the warhead and filled with lots of plutonium, nuclear waste, and uranium. This weapon has a very high damage yield but is also very expensive

Description

The old delivery system for the carpet bombs has been replaced by an auto-launcher system whereby the bombs are ejected out of the sides of the weapon en-mass just before the missile impacts. The missile head has been filled with a radioactive and highly caustic fuel-based liquid that ignites and literally burns the ship from the inside out by using the holes created by the bombs as entry points. Calamity Titan

Description

The most advanced non-titan weapon in the titan class. Krogart, a multitrillion xarn company, wanted to sink a massive amount of research and development into several key aspects for this weapons. First a targeting system that had pinpoint accuracy down to the meter. Second on a warhead that could extend down into the shaft and then before impact, using hydraulics, ram the entire length of the warhead into the target causing massive damage. And the final point was to research how to make the weapon completely invisible to defense systems. They put a total of 85 billion xarn into its development, nearly twenty nine percent of their total company net-worth, but it was well worth it. They succeeded in surpassing even their best hopes for the missile. The warhead can hold ten kilotons of plutonium, uranium, and nuclear waste, and the mechanics of their idea are present. On impact the warhead penetrates a hull shattering thirty feet inward before exploding. Many tests have been done and all indications are that this weapon is a one hit killer. However they failed to make it completely undetectable but the only thing able to see it coming are the seventh generation scanners and up, which are really expensive and will not likely be equipped on low priority ships

Super Nova

Description

This weapons was suspected to have been originally made by the Kazahth. The commercial models are all reversed engineered from that weapon. It is aptly named because you might as well fly into a nova if you are going to be hit by this weapon. It completely negates any shields on the target ship and does direct damage to the armor and hull. Very few ships can withstand a direct impact, however, with enough armor plating it is possible. This weapon moves very slowly and is very massive. While point defenses can track it, unless they are firing missiles defensively they cannot shoot it down. Does massive damage and costs a pretty xarn

Description

Assumed to have originally been made by the Kazahth, this weapon was reversed engineered by the greatest minds in the galaxy. This weapon is very complex, even for a titan weapon, and therefor costs much more. It was unearthed by a research team on planet A8320-P3, since the discovery a meteorite shower destroyed the vast complex of ruins, now known to have been a Kazahth manufacturing installation, where the weapon was found; lost along with all of the facilities other mysteries. This weapon was labeled as a doomsday weapon by the Galactic Federation of Nations almost instantly after its discovery. The damage output for this weapon is massive. Massive engines allow for this weapon to be fired from far away, not only is this feature good but it is required as this weapon has been known to destroy entire planets and solar systems if fired at the star. This weapon is so expensive only the most well funded militant organizations have been able to afford them so far

Description

A recently released weapon from the Nako series. Lansig had their design guru's figure out a way to improve the efficiency of their weapon and the developed quite a beast. Replacing the pods is not a large central circulation system. Within this system are millions of tiny tubs that connect to ports on the outer hull. Once this weapon enters the atmosphere it begins to spin violently and the napalm is secreted out through these hols and vaporized. It is then carried by weather systems in the form of highly acidic rain. Is proved to cause a planet to die due to death of life bearing exo-forms and therefor was highly regulated before the fall of the Central Galaxial Government shortly after AC6046
